Thank you for shopping with Printztek. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, this Refund Policy explains eligibility, process, and timelines.
1. General Refund Policy
We offer refunds on certain products and services under the conditions below.
- Eligibility for a Refund: To be eligible, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. The product should be in its original condition and packaging.
- Non-refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Special order items that cannot be restocked or resold.
- Used or damaged products that are not in resellable condition (except if defective).
- Digital/downloadable products and gift cards (see Exceptions section).
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Initiate returns by emailing info@printztek.shop or calling +1 (877) 419-6726. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization (RA): You may be asked to obtain an RA number prior to returning items. Returns without an RA may not be accepted.
- Shipping Instructions: If approved, we will provide shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or the return is due to our error.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may apply depending on product condition.
- Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we apologize — please follow these steps:
- Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage/defect and your order number.
- Return Instructions: We will provide return instructions and cover return shipping if the item is confirmed defective or the damage was our error.
- Inspection: After inspection, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement depending on availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Services
If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 30 days of receiving the service. We will assess the issue and may offer a full or partial refund depending on circumstances.
Services Not Eligible for Refunds: Refunds may not be available for services already provided or completed as per an agreed contract.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds go back to the same card. Allow 5–10 business days for processing by your card issuer.
- PayPal / Other Platforms: Refunds will be issued to the original payment account used.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, follow the return process. You may receive a refund and place a new order, or we may process an exchange subject to availability.
7. Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including:
- Opened or used products unless defective.
- Digital products or downloadable items.
- Gift cards or prepaid items.
- Final sale items.
